Laurel Dutch Country Farmer’s Market

Join the Shapely crew on the road! This time we’re taking you to the Laurel Dutch Country Farmers Market. This is one of Iya’s favorite spots. She’s been going to this market of all things amazingly edible for years now and had to share it. When you arrive, you’ll be overwhelmed with amazing sight and smell of scratch made cooking and ripe robust produce. Don’t be alarmed, take it in as you navigate the establishment.

Things you should know:

  1. They are taking safety precautions: you may have to wait a small amount (maybe about 10 minutes max.) before you enter as they are mindful of occupancy limits.

  2. You must wear a mask; they have hand sanitizer throughout the establishment.

  3. They take cash and credit cards.

  4. There isn’t any indoor or outdoor dining. The food is so good, you’ll eat in your car I’m sure. Order extra for this reason.

  5. Iya was so busy eating the pickles, she forgot to gather footage of the pickles. It happens to the best of us, right? Stop by the pickle counter and order the garlic and/or onion and garlic, you will not be disappointed.

  6. The donuts are a must try. Iya’s favorite is an original yeast glazed and the maple walnut.

  7. The pretzel counter will make mostly any alteration if you’re willing to wait for it being that it will then be made to order.

  8. Yes, there is a restroom.

  9. Don’t forget to enjoy and tell them you found them on Shapely!
