 EVENT RULES   

• All guests must be 21+ with valid proof of ID to attend. No exceptions. ID must match the name on the ticket. If you have booked multiple tickets under the same name, please edit your tickets here.

• All guests must comply with their Covid-19 guidelines, which you can see here.

• All guests must wear wristbands throughout the event.

• All tickets must be purchased through Universe directly. Veuve Clicquot does not honor or recommend purchasing tickets from third-party vendors. Tickets will not be available for purchase at the door.

• All ticket holders must adhere to designated drop-off and parking information based on ticket type. There are absolutely no drop-offs at Will Rogers State Historic Park; there will be road closures.

• All guests must possess an individual ticket. Proof of ticket will be checked before boarding shuttles.

• All cars must be removed from parking lot by 6:00pm on event day; subject to being towed at own cost otherwise.

• No re-entry.

• No outside alcohol is permitted on site.

• No disorderly conduct will be tolerated; unruly guests are subject to ejection.

GENERAL INFORMATION  

• Parking is limited and not included in the Picnic Lawn ticket cost. While parking is included in the Rosé Garden and La Grande Cabana tickets, ridesharing to and from the event is recommended.

• Parking and transportation details will be shared closer to the event date via email.

• Shuttles will run throughout the day to transport ticket holders to and from the check-in lot and event grounds.

• Last shuttle to depart for the match leaves at 2:00pm.

• There is no will call or festival box office either at the check-in point or on the event grounds. Please take the time to check that you have received your ticket.

• If you have misplaced your ticket or need it re-sent to you, contact Universe immediately by clicking here. They are unable to accommodate any requests for tickets to be re-sent the day of the event.

• The event is rain or shine.

• All sales are final, unless the event is cancelled.
