The Atlanta Starz are going bringing on the party this year with their "Summer Glow" themed Hotlanta Bash. THIS IS A COMPLETE HOTEL TAKEOVER!!! Their goal is to provide a welcoming, friendly environment where everyone is accepted regardless of their differences. Atlanta Starz would not be as great as it is without each and every one of you! Team Shapely will be in attendance as this group keeps in fun and fresh from year to year. The Shapely Team will also be hosting the flip cup competition. Check out all the fun we've had in the past.
Quite a few people get there Thursday to set up and pregame a bit. Friday is when the bash actually starts. It starts with a catered dinner then there is a Friday Night pool/courtyard party.
Saturday breakfast is offered by the hotel if you are staying at the hotel. Later is a pool party, lunch, then another catered dinner (they're keeping you fed guys lol). Saturday night is the party at the Elk's Lodge, a shuttle is provided for those that do not drive.
Sunday morning breakfast is provided by the hotel if lodging there. People normally begin packing up and saying their goodbyes. A bunch of people also stay over and depart on Monday as opposed to Sunday. The choice is yours. Photo/DVD of the event is mailed to you at no charge after the event.
Bash Fee & Lodging //
The Bash Fee is $99 and includes all items listed above. Being that this is a complete hotel takeover, no one will be allowed on hotel property without a bash band and this is strictly monitored by paid security. Lodging is provided by the Courtyard Marriott Northlake which is the location of all bash activities with the exception of the Saturday night party at the Elk's Lodge. Rooms range from $81-$111. Terms and Conditions //
There is NO elevator in the hotel. Those that registered and received a room in the host hotel paid a one night NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE deposit. This deposit cannot be refunded or transferred under any circumstances. THOSE THAT PAID A DEPOSIT WERE CAUTIONED TO BE SURE THAT THEY WERE ABLE TO ATTEND BEFORE BOOKING A ROOM IN THEIR NAME. IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND, YOU WILL FORFEIT THE DEPOSIT AND THE ROOM WILL GO TO THE NEXT PERSON IN LINE. No pets allowed in hotel. No smoking in rooms or common areas.
Bash passes are $99 and include all items listed on the flyer. Payment for bash passes may be made in cash at an Atlanta Starz party after April 1, 2018 or through the PayPal link that will be active on their site at noon on April 1, 2018. Bash passes are non-refundable but many be transferred until midnight on August 4, 2018. No one will be allowed on hotel property without a bash band and this is strictly monitored by paid security. Bash attendance will be capped at 350 passes and we typically sell out in about a month. If you have a room reserved in your name at the host hotel, you will have until August 4, 2018 to purchase your pass. THIS ONLY APPLIES TO THE PERSON WHO HAS RESERVED A ROOM IN THE HOST HOTEL AND DOES NOT APPLY TO ANY ROOMMATES. Once bash passes are sold out, the only way to obtain one will be through the purchase of a bash pass from another basher. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS ON BASH PASSES - ABSOLUTELY NO TRANSFERS AFTER AUGUST 4, 2018. If you transfer your pass or buy a pass for someone else, you MUST complete the bash transfer form which will be active on their site on April 1, 2018. The seller and purchaser will receive an email from Carla that the transfer is complete. If you do not receive this documentation your transfer was not completed and you need to follow-up with Carla (firstname.lastname@example.org) before the deadline.
