Welcome to another facet of the Shapely Events website we have titled "Ticket to Click It!" We here at Shapely Events get asked all the time to share links, like swap, and/or whether or not we have a "links" page. Well the answer is no, we do not have a page dedicated to just "links". Why? We’ve tried and haven’t found it to be effective. No one really visits link pages anymore but fear not my friends. After speaking and talking with a few other Plus-Size group and site owners, we have decided to provide you with a weekly running of some links/site we found interesting. Every Tuesday we will post a blog post for your linking pleasure.
Top Photo: Personal Record™ is a company that specializes in plus size active wear. This falls right in line with Shapely Events' notion that you can be active and still be fit. "Personal Record™ is a new athletic wear line especially designed for women with curves, by a woman with curves. PR is for the woman that loves contemporary style, bold colors & fun prints. They are a body positive brand focused on helping women hit their next personal record (and look damn good doing it)!" Check them out today by visiting their website http://www.personalrecord.us/ . They are also on Instagram @personalrecordofficial and you can like them on Facebook by clicking https://www.facebook.com/personalrecordofficial.
Bottom Left Photo: Curves and The City is a digital magazine with a print option. What we found really special is the variety of tops they discuss/feature such as money tips, mortgage advice, self-esteem, and a detailed listing of casting calls for the plus-size community. Visit them at http://www.curvesandthecity.com/
Bottom Right Photo: Kiyonna.com is a plus size clothing company that offers amazing, comfortable, and versatile pieces. Let's face it, it is very likely to go to an event and find someone in the same pieces as you. Why? Because most of us shop at the same big name plus size clothing stores. It's popular and it's what we know. Well it's time to let Kiyonna.com break up the monotony of it all. They have everything from formal wear to casual wear and start at size 10. Visit them at http://www.kiyonna.com/ . It also helps that they have a 25% off sale going on now.
